Do any club members have information or advice about acquiring a beach hut on Shoreham Beach or Lancing? Info on the if and how you can get one, prices, ground rent, issues to consider etc. Rolling Eyes

Hi Nick.
LPC manages Beach Hut site rental for Lancing (not sure who does Shoreham). As well as the annual site rental fee, you would be liable for rates via ADC.
